If a product develops a fault, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Small missing or damaged parts are replaced free.

What's covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What's not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lack of care. Incorrect assembly, or use beyond the weight, height or age limit printed on the product. Modifications, unauthorised repairs, or replacement parts we haven't approved. Cleaning or washing outside the care instructions. Timber warping or splitting from damp, heat or direct sunlight. Floods, fires, storms and other events outside anyone's control.

How to claim: Submit a claim through the PlayPals contact form with your order number and proof of purchase. We'll review it and come back to you within 2 business days, and may ask for a photo of the fault. Claiming costs you nothing, and we'll cover return postage if the product needs to come back for assessment.

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable on resale. It is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

30 Day Returns

30-Day Change of Mind: You can return your order within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Refunds aren't available for change of mind, including ordering the wrong item, gifts that don't suit, or products that didn't meet your expectations.

How to Return: Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. Items posted without confirmation may not be accepted.

Return Costs and Condition: Return freight is at your cost. Items must come back in resalable condition with original packaging and all accessories. Once we receive and check the item, we'll issue your store credit with the freight cost deducted.
